We Take A Look
We schedule an expert to go visit the site to take a look. It’s important for us to survey the area and verify important information such as measurements, surface material and quality, and all other kinds of work to ensure we do the best job possible and address any potential issues.

Addressing Options
We show you what we’ve found and give you options for addressing the work. Because we want to make sure to give you the best service, if we find any additional problems – or it turns out the project isn’t nearly as involved as initially thought – we’ll walk you through what we’ve found in the survey. We may also suggest help from other professionals if we find something that’ll affect the surface we’re working with, such as water leakage, mold growth, or other structural dangers that shouldn’t just be painted over and forgotten.

Let’s Get Rolling!
If things are safe to proceed, we can generate quotes for customers to review and sign on-site during the visit. Since our work calendar can fill up quickly (especially before spring and summer), we make it as quick and convenient as possible for our customers to get scheduled for service.
